Finding all the separations that are part of the reference displayed

 

This procedure assumes that you have conducted a search and that you have a result list on display.


1. Click Browse (if not highlighted).

2. Display the Standard form:  Click the Standard tab of the form

3. Click the refno  box

4. Choose Edit > Copy

5. Click Query.

6. If necessary, Click Search > Set Search Domain to >Entire Database

7. Choose Expert form

8. Double-click a field box and select reference number field

9. Double-click the data box and Edit > Paste the reference number in the data box

 

10. Click Search
