To open ChirBase, a oftware is required (ISIS/Base, Isentris or InstantJChem etc..)
Then , to use the ChirBase Browser, you only need a basic knowledge of how to draw graphical queries with ISIS/Draw.
Then follow these steps in the order shown:
1. Define a search domain
2. Execute the query assistant to build a suitable form that contains boxes or tables that are linked to the fields that you want to search.
3. Fill the form to obtain a query.
4. Execute the search.
5. View the search results.
6. (Optional) Search results: Sort, save, manipulate, print, or export.
7. (Optional) Query: Save, revise, print, or export.
